TOMO – Paris’s Landmark for Japanese Pastry and Dorayaki

France Fudosan & Partners is proud to have assisted in the transfer and development of TOMO, one of Paris’s most celebrated Japanese pastry destinations.

Located at 16 Rue Grégoire de Tours, 75006 Paris, in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, TOMO introduced many French customers to the delicate world of authentic Japanese sweets, particularly the iconic dorayaki, prepared with exceptional craftsmanship and premium ingredients. Created by Japanese pastry chef Ryo Teshima, the boutique combines traditional Japanese confectionery with contemporary elegance. Premium teas, seasonal wagashi, handcrafted pastries, and a refined atmosphere have made TOMO one of the most respected Japanese tea houses in Paris.

Since its opening, TOMO has become a cultural and gastronomic bridge between Japan and France.
