When searching for a property requested by a customer and acting as an intermediary between the customer and the local real estate agent (commissions from other companies are separate)

Our commission is calculated based on the seller’s net selling price
in the case of residential property, store/business rights transfer, and leasehold transfer. In cases where there is no transfer price or purchase price (e.g., a regular lease contract without leasehold rights), the minimum commission is calculated based on 10% of the total annual rent (including common area charges and management fees), excluding tax, with a minimum of 12,000 euros excluding tax .

Residential long-term rental agency fees

The rental contract is for a minimum of one year.

Furnished properties have a one-year renewal contract, while unfurnished properties have a three-year renewal contract.

The real estate commission includes advertising, property introductions, viewings, negotiations, and all other support in Japanese until the tenant moves in.

Medium-term rental agency fee

The minimum contract period is one to ten months. This is called Bail Mobilite. This contract applies to rental properties for one-time use for a minimum of one month, and is non-renewable.
