Alexandre Demauras
President and CEO.
Founder of France Fudosan & Partners.
Founder of France Fudosan & Partners in 2024, he was born in Paris and has been passionate about Japan since 1985. He is bilingual in English and Japanese, in addition to his native French.
Having lived in Japan for 15 years between 1990 and 2005, he built a diverse international career across several sectors, including media, university education in Japan, photojournalism, commerce, and real estate, while regularly commuting between Japan and France.
In 2009, he joined Paris Fudosan, a Japanese real estate agency based in Paris, where he later served as Managing Director and Legal Representative. Under his leadership, the company became the leading player in the Japanese real estate market in Paris.
In 2024, he founded the new entity France Fudosan & Partners together with several partners and agents in France and Japan, with the objective of expanding commercial opportunities, notably in both Japanese real estate and commercial property markets.
Romain Guerret
Partner for Commercial Properties and VIPs. Real Estate agent
A commercial real estate specialist, he has collabored at Paris Fudosan since 2022. After spending 20 years in Aix-en-Provence, in the South of France, he has worked in Parisian real estate since 2015, notably as a relocation consultant for several companies (MNV, Via Humanis).
In 2022, he was recruited to join “Paris Fudosan”, where he collaborated as a commercial real estate specialist. Leveraging his network and experience, he continues to manage commercial and luxury properties. In addition to his real estate career, he is also a talented musician. A singer-songwriter, he has produced numerous albums. He is also the lead singer of the band “Aline.” As a songwriter, composer, and performer, he writes, composes, and produces albums for himself and other French artists.
Arisa HAGINO
Rental Partner – Real Estate Agent
Since joining France Real Estate & Partners in 2025, she has juggled three roles: real estate agent, consultant specializing in French-related matters, and mother. Drawing on her personal experience in the UK and France, she works in real estate and also develops her own services to help Japanese clients settle comfortably in France. She is also actively involved in providing support with immigration and language learning.
After secondary school in the UK and attending a prestigious London art school, she moved to Paris for work. Captivated by the beauty of Paris’s historic streets and by French art and fashion, she decided to make it her home. She enjoys listening to music and art, traveling, strolling through Parisian streets with her dog, dressed in French style, and chatting with the shopkeepers in the charming boutiques. Her favorite spots in Paris are the Place des Vosges and the Parc Monceau. Her favorite neighborhood is Passy, in the 16th arrondissement. Arisa was born in Japan and spent her adolescence at a British boarding school. A lover of Paris’s historic landscape, she joined the France Fudosan & Partners team as a real estate agent in 2025.
Eiko FUJII
Rental Partner – Real Estate Agent
After obtaining qualifications in tea ceremony and flower arranging in Japan, she settled in France. While continuing her cultural exchange activities in Paris, she collaborated as an assistant in the apartment rental department of “Paris Fudosan”, under the direction of its CEO, Mr. Demauras, before founding the current agency, “France Fudosan & Partners”.
Since then, she has advised a diverse clientele and acquired solid practical experience as well as an extensive network. Alongside her work in real estate, she also works as an administrative assistant at a French language school, which allows her to hone her client relationship skills.

Pierrick Brunel
Business leases & Restaurants assets specialist – Real Estate Agent
Pierrick Brunel joins our agency as a real estate consultant, specializing in the sale and transfer of bars and restaurant businesses.
With over 10 years of experience in real estate advisory, he has also managed and operated several restaurant establishments in Paris for 28 years.
This dual operational and commercial expertise enables him to accurately assess the value and potential of the projects entrusted to him.
Pierrick Brunel supports a demanding clientele in their establishment and investment projects.
He works particularly with Japanese and Franco-Japanese clients.
His arrival further strengthens our agency’s expertise and international positioning.
Mikiko SUGISAKI
Head of Japan Representative Office Entrepreneur
for France Fudosan & Partners in Japan.
Mikiko Sugisaki heads the Japanese representative office under an exclusive agreement with our company. She is also the CEO of LE MILIEU JAPON Co., Ltd.
Previously, she was a colleague of our CEO, with whom she worked at “Paris Fudosan”. Mikiko Sugisaki lived in Paris for 20 years and currently resides in Nagoya. She is a former founding member of “Paris Fudosan”, the predecessor of today’s “France Fudosan & Partners”, she has 15 years of experience in Parisian real estate, including 10 years at “Paris Fudosan”, where she held the position of agency manager before returning to Japan in 2011.
She possesses not only in-depth knowledge of the French real estate market but also a keen appreciation for French architecture, interior design, and lifestyle. Drawing on this experience, she is dedicated to the online sale of French products, interior design, real estate consulting, and much more. Mikiko Sugisaki with her others successful professional experiences with her own company, decided naturally to join the team in partnership to develop the commercial branch of “France Fudosan & Partners in Japan, particularly for French investors in Japan or Japanese investors in France.
