From Japan, we’re holding video conferences with prospective tenants to better prepare them for their upcoming stay in France. Our partner in Japan will guide the future tenants through a PowerPoint presentation explaining daily life in France (housing, schooling, safety, healthcare and illness, and general life skills).
Accommodation search before your arrival
Thanks to our status as a real estate agency in France, we have the ability to take care of your apartment search before your arrival.
Moreover, we manage the pre-move-in inspection in coordination with the owner or rental management agency to prepare the accommodation for your arrival, without any transition.
Administrative procedures upon arrival in France

Thanks to our status as a real estate agency in France, we have the possibility to take care of your apartment search before your arrival, with our non-exclusive search mandate.
