Our story
Originally founded in 2000 under the name Paris Fudosan SARL as Japanese real estate agency in France, France Fudosan & Partners has been operating under this name since May 2024 for real estate sales and rentals. Two of the founding members of Paris Fudosan SARL, Alexandre Demauras and Mikiko Sugisaki, are also members of France Fudosan & Partners. Paris Fudosan SARL has retained its property management activities, and we still work together regularly. In 2026, in order to better respondTo meet our clients’ needs, we are adding the following to our range of services: support and assistance for settling in France.
Our promise
As a Franco-Japanese real estate agency, we are building ever stronger bridges between these two cultures that are dear to us. We are committed to our clients’ success in their projects, whether personal or professional.
Our core values are:
- Multiculturalism:All our employees and agents are bilingual or even trilingual (English, French and Japanese) and are experts in Japanese and French real estate law. Paris is a city of encounters, and France Fudosan & Partners celebrates this multiculturalism in its own way;
- Transparency:More than financial transparency (our fees are displayed), we strive to describe all our processes to you so that you can remain in control of your project;
- Availability:The key to the real estate agent profession is responsiveness. We apply this principle to our clients as well, remaining readily available to listen and discuss your needs.
