Please consult with us after deciding on your purpose for purchasing, budget, etc.
The way you search for a property will vary depending on your purpose, such as for your own home, to pursue a high return on investment, or to transfer assets overseas.
When purchasing a property, our staff will provide one-on-one consultations to each customer. Please contact us first by email or phone.
In addition to the properties we already handle, we can also introduce you to properties handled by other companies, using our real estate network throughout France, just like Japanese real estate agents.
In order for us to introduce properties from other companies, we will sign a Mandat de Recherche (Real Estate Brokerage Letter). By signing this letter of authorization between the buyer and our company, we will be able to search for properties, accompany the buyer on viewings, and proceed with the purchase process. This letter of authorization will specify the property’s area, description, purchase price, real estate commission, contract period, etc.
The Mandat de recherche is an essential document that real estate agents need to officially introduce the property to their clients. Viewings cannot be conducted until this document is signed, so it is no exaggeration to say that the purchasing process begins with this document being signed.
Condominiums are expensive and represent a valuable asset for our customers. Making a large purchase in a foreign country can bring anxiety and worry. We will provide thorough explanations and assist you with sincerity to ensure your satisfaction and smooth purchasing process.
Before viewing properties, you will need to prepare some paperwork, but the documents will be available for a limited time, so there is still plenty of time to complete them even after you have decided on the property you want to purchase.
We will also provide advice on preparing these documents, so please feel free to contact us with any simple questions you may have.
